You will receive knowledgeable advice, education, continuous support and guidance in making sustainable changes that will improve your health and well-being.

6-Month Coaching Program

  • Expands on the 3-month program to further your knowledge and results, based on your different health goals and receiving continued support to a new healthy eating and lifestyle plan.

***Because of the scope and nature of health coaching and the client's individual needs and goals, the duration of the coaching relationship may be extended for a period of time that is mutually agreed upon by the coach and client***

  • An in-home exercise to help you crowd out the not-so-healthy foods that are taking space in your pantry, fridge and freezer and a better understanding of what's best to replace them with that will nourish not only your body, but also your mind and your spirit.  Meeting via Face Time is an option for this service.

Food-Shopping Tour (A separate service but included in the 6-Month Coaching Program)

  • If the client feels that he or she needs an extended coaching time for a similar health goal after the coaching program has ended, a maintenance program is available.
  • Got favorite recipes which you  would like to transform into healthier versions? This is your opportunity to learn to be more creative in the kitchen using more nutritious ingredients  for a  more guilt-free and satisfying meals.

  • A fun session  where we will schedule a trip to the grocery store together and learn which areas of the store you should focus on and the ones to avoid and you will be shown better options against the commonly known brands that may not offer the best nutritional benefits.  My goal during this session is to impart wisdom on which food items are both economical and nourishing, to share practical shopping tips that will help you save money.  You will come home more equipped with knowledge about new and healthier food options, including food items or products you might not have heard of. Fun!!!!
